| | Description: | Surplus Flowlines-Risers-Control Umbilicals
Subsea flexible flowlines, risers and control umbilicals left surplus following completion of a projects. All products are new and unused. They shall be sold with full documentation available. The manufacturer’s warranty conditions for new supply cannot be directly applied by new owners. Flowlines and risers: are 6 inch ID, 3450psi with rough internal finish (not lined). Flowlines have a PVDF pressure shield and suitable for product temperatures up to 90deg C. Risers have PA11 pressure shield and suitable for product temperatures up to 60 deg C. Risers have a dynamic construction and can be supplied in 450m lengths. Flowlines can be supplied in a variety of lengths up to 2.5 km. End terminations are a mixture of grayloc 8GR76 and 5 1/8" API 5000 swivel type flanges (with BX169 rings joints). If required re-termination to customers specifications should be possible.
2 x 6km Flowlines and 6 km of continuous control umbilical with dynamic section.
Control umbilical’s: an electro hydraulic with 15 tubes/hoses and 2 electrical cables, see attached cross-section. The central core is a thermoplastic 1 1/4" HCR hose suitable for gas lift purposes and rated to 3,500 psi. Remaining hoses and tubes are either 1/2" or 1/4" with various pressure ratings from 3,000 to 7,500psi. Tubes are
super duplex and thermoplastic hoses are nylon 11. The umbilical shall have surface pulling head and subsea laydown head installed. | | Seller: | | | Images: |
