| | Description: | This amine plant is owned by a company currently developing a small gas field in south west Russia. Associated with this development, they have procured a second-hand Amine Plant from Natco which now may be surplus to their requirements.
Plant modification has just been completed at two of the original manufacturers yards in Texas and it is now ready for shipment.
The throughput of this particular project is 40mmscfd (1.14Nm3/d) with an inlet pressure of around 60 bar. In this case, it is largely H2S that is removed but some CO2 will also be stripped out. The plant has been modified for service in Russia, specifically this impacts the motors to accommodate the voltage, cycle and phase requirements (same as for Europe). The plant contains little by way of instrumentation and controls as these were going to be added in Russia. GOST requirements are met and there is full documentation available. The plant has flexibility as 6 of the original 20 trays have been removed, and generally replaced all of the pumps and motors.
The package has Process Guarantees related to the application, and also limited Warranty that started form being due for delivery earlier this year.
