Description:

We are interesting to procure a Amine Sweetening Plant for our facility in Pakistan with following composition of Gas. The estimated capacity of plant is 1300GPM for all 60 mmscfd gas processing but we are considering to install two line with 700 GPM each for easily handling.

The requirement of sales Gas is as followings.

1.1 Sales Gas Specifications At Metering Station
GAS SPECIFICATIONS AT METERING STATION (At PLANT SITE)

Purity	Free from foreign materials & dust, or other solid or liquid matter, or waxes gums and gum formatting constituents.
Hydrocarbon Dewpoint	Less than or equal to 32°F at all pressures
Water Content	Maximum of 6 lbs per MMscf at Atmospheric Pressure and at a temperature of 60°F
Carbon Dioxide	Maximum of 2.25 % by volume
Total Sulphur	Maximum of 3.5 Grain per 100 SCF
Hydrogen Sulphide	Maximum of 0.24 Grain per 100 SCF
Oxygen	Maximum of 0.2% by volume
Temperature	Maximum of 125°F
Minimum Supply Pressure at Delivery Point	850 psig
Minimum Gross Calorific Value of Gas	970 Btu / SCF

Gas Processing Plant capacity should be 60 mm scfd and shall be design at design pressure of 1000 psig and design temperature of 200 deg F. Operating pressure should be 650 to 850Psig. Plant in let temperature of this gas will be 145 deg F (Min) to 160 Deg F (Max)

Delivery pressure required at buyer (SNGPL) tie in point is 850 psig at the gas plant gate (Metering Station).Amine plant or any other alternate shall be designed considering 17 to 18 % CO2 in raw gas. CO2 percentage in sale gas should not be more than 2.25 mole %. Condensate quantity in gas is 08 bbl per MMSCFD. 2000 BBL/day Produced Water should be considered during designing the Separators, flow lines and other units. Process control systems should be electronic controls with electronic S/Ds hooked up to DCS system.
